The Government of Meghalaya, vide Notification No.LBG.132/82/Pt/Vol.I/86 and continuance of previous notification dated 10th March 2004, permitted all establishments to keep open on all 365 days of the year for a further period of one year, up to 31st December 2023, under the Meghalaya Shops And Establishments Act, 2003, subject to the prescribed conditions.
