Order By Maharashtra Labour Department To Pay Full Wages To Employees
Government of Maharashtra vide notification 2020 / Pr. No. 45 / Work-9 has stated that all Private, Establishment, Shops (Except Essential Services), Factory workers, contractual, temporary, daily wages workers who had to remain at home/place due to the outbreak of COVID-19 and lockdown orders by Government of Maharashtra, all such worker/ employees shall be deemed to be on duty and to be paid full salary and allowances

Exemption From Penalty For Delay In Payment Of Profession Tax And Filing Of Return In Madhya Pradesh
Government of Madhya Pradesh vide notification no. F A 3-07/2020/1/V(22), exempts the private sector employers who are required to make payment of tax by 10th April 2020 and file the relevant return by 15th April 2020, from the penalty under section 13, if the tax is paid on or before 30th April 2020 and from the penalty under sub-section (3) of section 9 if the return is filed before 5th May 2020. Extension Of Non Refundable Advance To Members Under EPF Scheme
The Government of India has amended the Employees Provident Fund Scheme,1952. As per the notification where any establishment or factory located in an area declared as affected by outbreak of any epidemic or pandemic, a non refundable advance to members under the scheme from the provident fund account not exceeding the basic wages and dearness allowances of that member for three months or upto seventy five percent of the amount standing to his credit in the fund, whichever is less

Telangana Government Order For Paid Holiday For Employees During Lock down Period
The Government of Telangana vide G.O.Rt.941, in exercise of powers conferred under Section 13 and Section 31(2) of the Telangana Shops and Establishment Act, 1988 had ordered all shops and establishment other than those exempted to be closed during notified lock down period i.e. from 22nd March 2020 to 31st March 2020 in public interest and shall be declared as paid holiday for all categories of employees

Announcement Of Lock-down Of Major Districts In Karnataka To Stop The Spread Of COVID-19
Government of Karnataka has imposed restrictions in the territorial jurisdiction of the revenue district of Bangalore Urban, Bangalore Rural, Kalaburgi, Chikkabalapura, Mysuru, Madikeri, Dharwad, Mangaluru and Belagavi from 00.00 hrs of 23rd March 2020 to 00.00 hrs 1st April 2020. All shops and commercial establishment, workshops, godowns dealing with non essential services shall close their operations subject to the exceptions mentioned below: 1. All labour intensive industries shall work at fifty percent of their strength on rotation basis ensuring that social distancing measures are strictly adhered to. They are advised not to remove any worker on this account and advised to sanction paid leave on these days to the remaining workers. 2. All information technology and bio-technology units will ensure work from home except where it is not feasible to do so and in respect of the needs and staffs dealing with critical and essential services. 3. All air-conditioned bus services of road transport corporation and private operators shall be stopped. 4. All inter-state and inter-district services shall not be operated from these districts. However the following essential services will be excluded from the operation of the above restriction 1. Food, ration shops, milk, vegetables, groceries, meat, fish, fruit markets and shops 2. transport of all goods 3. Police and fire services 4. Government offices, ULB's & Panchayati Raj Institutions offices, postal services 5. electricity, water and municipal services 6. Bank/ATM, Telecom 7. Home delivery of food, pharmaceutical and medical equipment's 8. Take away from restaurants 9. Agriculture, Sericulture, horticulture, animal husbandry, fisheries related shops and markets 10. Canteen services provided by Government and local bodies

Announcement Of Lock-down Of Territorial Jurisdiction Of Union Territory Of Chandigarh
The Chandigarh Administration in exercise of its powers notifies a lock-down in the whole of territorial Jurisdiction under Union Territory of Chandigarh from 00:00 hrs on Monday, 23rd March 2020 to 24:00 hrs on 31st March 2020 which stipulates the restrictions given in the notification. All shops commercial establishments, offices and factories workshops, godowns etc. shall close their operations. No public transport services including operations of taxis/auto rickshaws etc. shall be permitted except transport of all kinds to and from hospitals, airports, railway stations, bus terminals/bus stands. Specific routes to be allowed in the territory shall be decided by the Director transport, U.T Chandigarh. All Inter-state commercial transport shall be closed. Any gathering of more than five persons in public places shall be prohibited. People are required to stay at home and come out only for essential services and that too one member of a family at a time and strictly following social distancing guidelines issued earlier. However these restriction shall not be applicable on the following essential services such as : 1. All the essential commodities and services and their manufacturing, supply chains required transport and other logistics to ensure their availability 2. Public offices(including officials and employees) tasked with emergency, law and order and essential functions as mentioned in the notification. Please refer the notification for detailed information

Government Of Haryana lock-down in the territorial jurisdiction of revenue districts of Gurugram, Faridabad, Sonipat, Panipat, Jhajjar, Rohtak, Panchkula from 9 pm on Sunday 22nd March 2020 to 31st March 2020, stipulating the following restrictions: i. No public transport services including operation of taxis, auto- rickshaws will be permitted. The exception will include transport of all kinds to and from hospitals, airports, railway station, bus terminals/ bus stands and for the purpose essential services. ii. All shops, commercial establishments, offices and factories, workshops, godowns etc. shall close their operations except for essential services mentioned in Para below. iii. All foreign returnees are directed to remain under strict home quarantine for a period as decided by local Health Authorities. iv. People are required to stay at home and come out only for basic services while strictly following social distancing guidelines issued earlier. Government Of West Bengal has imposed complete safety restrictions w.e.f. 16:00 hrs of 23rd march 2020 to 24:00 hrs of 27th march 2020 in urban and rural areas. All shops commercial establishments, offices and factories workshops, godowns etc. shall close their operations. No public transport services including operations of taxis/auto rickshaws etc. shall be permitted except transport of all kinds to and from hospitals, airports, railway stations, bus terminals/bus stands and good carriers carrying food and essential commodities. All Inter-state commercial transport shall be closed. Any gathering of more than seven persons in public places shall be prohibited. People are required to stay at home and come out only for essential services and that too one member of a family at a time and strictly following social distancing guidelines issued earlier.
