Implementation Of Auto Renewal And Online Annual Return Submission Under E-Waste Management Rules 2016 In Delhi
Delhi Pollution Control Committee vide notification F.NO. DPCC/IT Cell/79/2020/2304-14 has directed that the renewal of authorization under E-Waste Management Rules, 2016 will be auto renewed after self-certification, undertaking and authorization fee to facilitate the refurbisher and dismantler of E-waste units in the process of Ease of Doing Business. The validity of the authorization granted under the above said rules will also now be increased from 5 years to 10 years. The notification further provides for the implementation of online annual returns under E-Waste Management Rules, 2016
