As per recent notification No. D 61 KaBaSe 2015 dated 20th Nov 2019, the Karnataka Government has cited Madras High Court Decision in view of which the government will allow to employ women workers in the factories during night shifts i.e. from 7 pm to 6 am. Chief Inspector may by an order withdraw the permission issued by notification to any factory on violation of any of such condition mentioned in the notification.
