Election Commission of India vide circular no No.78/EPS/2019 has announced the schedule for Bye-Election to 15 Assembly Constituencies of Karnataka, 2019 to be held on 5th December 2019 vide press Note No ECI/PN/84/2019. In this regard, directed all employers to grant holiday with wages on the day of poll for employees working in any business, trade, industrial undertaking or any other establishment falling within the jurisdiction area of the state of Karnataka and who are enrolled as voters in the state of Karnataka (Please refer to the notification for detailed information)
