The Government of Haryana vide Notification No. F.W./Election-2022 19470, exempted the workers, enrolled as voters in Ward No. 08 (booth numbers 13 & 14) of Municipal Committee, Safidon, Jind District, from the operation of Section 52(1) of the Factories Act, 1948, regarding weekly holidays, for the week commencing from June 26, 2022, till July 02, 2022, on account of general elections in the said Ward, to be held on June 24, 2022. Such workers shall not be required or allowed to work on the election day. Please refer to the notification for more details
