The Government of Haryana vide notification No. 11/6/2022-4Lab, provided the conditions for factories applying for the exemption for employing women during the night shift. The conditions include measures for the security and safety of women employees, which include the prevention of acts of sexual harassment, provision for transportation facilities, the requirement of prior consent from women workers, etc. Please refer to the notification for more details
