The Government of India has issued Notification No. S.O. 2453(E) notifying June 01, 2022, as the effective date for certain provisions from Chapter IV (Contribution), Chapter V (Benefits), and Chapter VI (Adjudication of disputes and claims) of The Employees’ State Insurance Act, 1948, to come in force in Bajali district of Assam.
