The Securities and Exchange Board of India vide notification no. SEBI/LAD-NRO/GN/2025/265 amended regulation 2 (definition), regulation 17A (Conditions for co-investment by Category I and II Alternative Investment Funds), etc. under the SEBI (Alternative Investment Funds) Regulations, 2012. This notification shall come into force from 08th September 2025. Please refer the notification for more details.
