The Securities and Exchange Board of India vide circular no. SEBI/HO/AFD/AFD-POD-1/P/CIR/2025/126 permits AIFs to offer internal co-investment schemes to accredited investors, subject to new operational guidelines and restrictions, alongside the existing PMS route.
