The Central Board of Indirect Taxes and Customs vide instruction no.29/2025-Customs stated that Import of Aerospace Grade Hydrogen Peroxide for non-commercial R&D purposes has been exempted from the Hydrogen Peroxide (Quality Control) Order, 2022, as the Indian Standard does not provide any categorization for this grade.
