The Securities and Exchange Board of India has issued a consultation paper on facilitating ease of doing business relating to anchor investor allocation, long-term institutional participation and retail quota in Initial Public Offerings (IPO) under ICDR Regulations 2018. The board invites comments/suggestions from the public on or before 21st August 2025. Please refer the consultation paper for more details.
