The Securities and Exchange Board of India vide circular no. SEBI/HO/ITD-1/ITD_VIAP/P/CIR/2025/111 mandates all regulated entities to ensure digital accessibility for persons with disabilities by complying with the Rights of Persons with Disabilities Act, 2016, WCAG 2.1, and other standards, with timelines for implementation and reporting.
