The NPCI vide circular no. NPCI/2025-26/UPI/222 notified segregation of UPI settlement cycles for "Auth" and "dispute" transactions. The existing 10 cycles will handle only "Auth" transactions, while "dispute" transactions will be processed in two new, dedicated cycles. This circular shall come into force from 03rd November 2025.
