Circular regarding participation of standalone primary dealers in non-deliverable rupee derivative markets

The Reserve Bank of India vide circular no. RBI/2025-26/78 A. P. (DIR Series) Circular No. 10 has authorised standalone primary dealers to deal in non-deliverable rupee derivatives. This circular shall come into force from 22nd September 2025. Please refer the circular for more details.
