AMENDED NOTIFICATION OF THE INCOME-TAX AMENDMENT (22ND AMENDMENT), RULES, 2021 (DATED - 09.08.2021) - CBDT.
This notification has come into effect from 09.08.2021. In the Income-tax Rules, 1962 (hereinafter referred to as the principal rules), after rule 21AH, various insertions was made. In the principal rules, after Form No.10IF, forms inserted in the attached notification.
