Penal Consequences Section 24 - Shall be punishable on first conviction; be punished with fine which shall not be less than Rs. 200/- and may extend to Rs.500/-; and for second and subsequent contravention shall be punishable with a fine which shall of be less than Rs. 1000/- which may extend to Rs. 2000/- or with imprisonment for a period not less than 2 months or with both.
