The Government of Uttarakhand, vide Notification No. 34/VIII-1/23-06(Labour)/2020, amended the Uttar Pradesh Interstate Migrant Workmen (Regulation of Employment and Condition of Services), 1983. The amendment requires the application for registration of establishments to be made through the online format on the official portal of the Labour Department.
