The Labour Department of Uttarakhand vide Notification No. 4869/2020 has informed that all statutory registers and records required under various labour laws are now allowed to be maintained online in digital format. The registers and records so maintained shall be subject to scrutiny and inspection by authorities as and when required under the relevant Acts and Rules.
