Government of Uttarakhand vide notification No.147/VIII/19-04(Vividh)/2015 T.C-II has amended Uttar Pradesh Factory Rules, 1950 (as applicable to the state of Uttarakhand) with changes made under Rule 3 - Approval of plans, Rule 7 - Registration and grant of license, Rule 9 - Renewal of license
