ESIC vide notification S.O.3952(E) has implemented the provisions towards Chapter IV (Contribution), Chapter V (Benefits), Chapter VI (Adjudication Of Disputes and Claims) effective from 1st day of October, 2021 in all the areas of Dhalai, Gomati, North Tripura and Sepahijala district in the State of Tripura .
