The Government of Punjab vide notification no. G.S.R. 79/C.A.27/1996/Ss. 40 and 62/Amd.(3)/2023, amended various procedural rules under The Punjab Building and Other Construction Workers (Regulation of Employment and Conditions of Service) Rules, 2008, includes, remittance of contribution in advance for a period of one year and amendment in a form for certification.
