As per notification published in the Puducherry official gazette dated 6th November 2017, the Puducherry government has amended the Pondicherry Factories Rules, 1964 which will be now renamed as Puducherry Factories Rules, 1964 and the amendment has also introduced a combined annual return Form 19 combining various returns such as (i) Annual return leave with wages (ii) Annual return accidents (iii) Canteen annual returns (iv) Creche annual return (v) Shelter, rest rooms and lunch rooms annual return
