The Government of India, vide Notification No. S.O. 3983(E), implemented the provisions from Chapter IV (Contribution), Chapter V (Benefits), and Chapter VI (Adjudication of Disputes and Claims) of the Employees’ State Insurance Act, 1948 (ESI Act), in all the areas of Kalahandi District in the State of Odisha, effective from 1st day of September 2022.
