The Employees State Insurance Corporation vide notification F.No.N-17011/1/Uttar Pradesh/2023-P&D., has released Extension Of Medical Benefits To The Family Members Of Insured Persons in all areas of Lalitpur, Kushinagar, Kaushambi, Budaun, Sultanpur, Deoria, Ballia, Jaunpur, Azamgarh, Baghpat, Chitrakoot, Sambhal and Ayodhya districts in State of Uttar Pradesh with effect from 01st November 2023.
