The Government of Karnataka vide notification No. PT.CR-01/2017-18 has notified that every employer who is required to be registered under the Karnataka Tax on Professions, Trades, Callings and Employments Act, 1976, shall apply for a certificate of registration electronically through the Professional Tax e-Filing System website (http.//pt.kar.nic.in). The notification provides the details required for such applications and is effective from April 01, 2022. Please refer to the notification for more details
