Governor of Punjab vide notification no No.21/07/2015-5L/530 has declared 3rd November 2020 as a paid holiday, to enable the employees working in the Shops and Commercial Establishments situated in the state of Punjab who are voters of Haryana to cast their votes in Haryana.
