The Government of Gujarat, vide Notification No. GHR/2022/121/LED/TBA/e-file/11/2022/1366/M3, amended the time-frame for the issue of Registration Certificate under the Gujarat Building and Other Construction Workers (Regulation of Employment and Conditions of Service) Rules, 2003, from fifteen days to thirty days from the date of application, effective from 17th September 2022.
