The Employees’ State Insurance (Central) Rules Amended To Increase Confinement Expenses

ESIC vide notification no.G.S.R. 676(E) has implemented The Employees’ State Insurance (Central) Amendment Rules, 2020. As per the Amendment, for the confinement expenses under Rule 56-A, for the words “rupees five thousand”, the words “rupees seven thousand five hundred” is substituted.
