ESIC vide letter No.R-15/13/2000-Bft.II has directed to Insurance Commissioners to refer notification of Government Of India, Ministry of Labour and Employment bearing no S-65012/01/2018-SS-I dated 01.03.2019 regarding amendment in Rule 59 of ESI(central) Rules. ESIC as instructed its regional offices and to all concerned under their control for strict compliance of said amendment where funeral expenses has been enhanced from Rs.10000/- to Rs.15000 w.e.f. date of Notification
