Government of India vide Gazette notification no.G.S.R. 1192(E), G.S.R. 1190(E), G.S.R. 1191(E) under Ministry of Labour and Employment the following schemes under Employees’ Provident Funds and Miscellaneous Provisions Act, 1952 (Employees’ Deposit Linked Insurance Scheme, 1976,Employees’ Pension Scheme, 1995, Employees’ Provident Funds Scheme, 1952) has been amended. Special provision in respect of Employees’ Enrolment Campaign, 2017 has been announced and this shall come into force on the 1st day of January, 2017 and shall cease to operate on the 31st day of March, 2017.
