NOTIFICATION UNDER TAMIL NADU GOODS AND SERVICES TAX (SECOND AMENDMENT) ACT, 2020

In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of Section 1 of the Tamil Nadu Goods and Services Tax (Second Amendment) Act, 2020 (Tamil Nadu Act No.29 of 2020), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby appoints the 1st day of January, 2021, as the date on which the provisions of sections 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9 and 10 of the Tamil Nadu Goods and Services Tax (Second Amendment) Act, 2020 (Tamil Nadu Act No.29 of 2020), shall come into force.
