In Rule 11, For Sub-rule (1), New Sub-Rule (1) shall be substituted. Every Company shall file annual return in Form No.MGT-7 One Person Company and Small Company shall file annual return in Form No. MGT-7A for the FY 2020-21 Rule 12 – “Extract of annual return” shall be substituted as “Filing of Annual Return with Registrar” Form no. MGT-7 shall be substituted as Form no. MGT-7 & MGT-7A
