The Reserve Bank of India, vide press release no.2025-2026/901, announced that the redemption price for SGB 2019-20 Series-III for premature redemption due on 14th August 2025 shall be ₹9,991/- (Rupees Nine Thousand Nine Hundred Ninety-One only) per unit of SGB, based on the simple average of the closing gold price for the last three business days.
