The Directorate General of Foreign Trade vide notification no.31/2025-26 notified the SCOMET list in appendix-3 of the schedule-II has been updated in line with multilateral export control regimes. The revised SCOMET list shall come into effect 30 days from the date of this notification. This notification is yet to be published in the Gazette. Please refer the notification for more details.
