This notification has come into effect on 01.12.2021. In the National Bank for Financing Infrastructure and Development Act, 2021, in section 15, in sub-section (1), the following proviso shall be inserted, namely :-“Provided that, the first Nomination and Remuneration Committee shall consist of the Chairperson and the directors nominated by the Central Government under clause (d) of sub-section (1) of section 6.”,refer attachment for further details
