Payment of fees in connection with filings made with SEBI, in terms of SEBI (Issue of Capital and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2018, SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares and Takeovers) Regulations, 2011 and SEBI (Buyback of Securities) Regulations, 2018, are currently being made through Payment Gateway made available at SEBI Intermediary Portal. It may further be noted that w.e.f. October 13, 2021, the fillings, where the payment has been made through modes other than the specified ones, may get delayed.
