NOTIFICATION REGARDING CENTRAL GOVERNMENT ESTABLISHES THE INTERIM BOARD FOR SETTLEMENT UNDER INCOME-TAX ACT, 1961 (DATED - 10.08.2021) - CBDT
In pursuance of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 245AA of the Income-tax Act, 1961 (43 of 1961), the Central Government hereby establishes the Interim Boards for Settlement and its headquarters in attached notification.
