In exercise of powers conferred under Para 1.03 and 2.04 of The Foreign Trade Policy, 2015-2020, the Director General of Foreign Trade hereby amends Para No. 2.54 (d)(v)(ii) of the Handbook of Procedures of FTP (2015-2020) and extends the deadline to install and operationalize Radiation Portal Monitors and Container Scanners in the designated sea ports upto 31.03.2022. Effect of this Public Notice: The timelines for installation and operationalization of Radiation Portal Monitors and Container Scanners in the designated sea ports is extended from existing 30.09.2021 to 31.03.2022.
