The Ministry of Finance vide notification no. S.O. 4220(E) stated that appeals to the GST Appellate Tribunal can be filed up to 30 June 2026 for orders communicated before 1 April 2026; for orders communicated on or after 1 April 2026, appeals must be filed within 3 months of communication of the order.
