Notification on the Income tax (Twenty Second Amendment) Rules, 2025
The Central Board of Direct Taxes vide notification no. G.S.R. 555(E) made insertion of rule 3C and rule 3D under section 17 (2) - Perquisite. This notification shall come into force from 18th August 2025. Please refer the notification for more details.
