The Central Board of Direct Taxes vide notification no. G.S.R. 566(E) amended rule 21AIA - Other conditions required to be fulfilled by a specified fund referred to in clause (4D) of section 10 of the Act. This notification shall come into force from 21st August 2025. Please refer the notification for more details.
