The Central Board of Indirect Taxes and Customs vide notification no. S.O. 3540(E) amended the earlier notification no. 36/2001 –Customs (N.T) dated 3rd August 2001 by substituting Tables 1, 2, and 3 relating to customs tariff value for Crude Palm oil, other palm oil, Brass scrap, Areca nuts, Gold, and Silver with effect from 01st August 2025.
