NOTIFICATION OF THE TELECOMMUNICATION (BROADCASTING AND CABLE) SERVICES (EIGHTH) (ADDRESSABLE SYSTEMS) TARIFF (THIRD AMENDMENT) ORDER, 2022(DATED-22.11.2022)
