NOTIFICATION-AMENDMENT IN EXPORT POLICY OF ITEMS UNDER HS CODES 27101241, 27101242, 27101243, 27101244,27101249, 27101941, 27101944 AND 27101949 OF CHAPTER 27 OF SCHEDULE 2 OF THE ITC (HS) EXPORT POLICY(DATED -30.06.2022)
In exercise of powers conferred by Section 3 read with section 5 of the Foreign Trade (Development & Regulation) Act, 1992 (No. 22 of 1992), as amended, read with Para 1.02 and 2.01of the Foreign Trade Policy, 2015-20, the Central Government hereby amends the Export Policy of items under HS Codes27101241, 27101242, 27101243, 27101244, 27101249, 27101941, 27101944 and 27101949 of Chapter 27 of Schedule 2 of the ITC (HS) Export Policy, refer attachment for further details.
