  NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the  20th September, 2017  S.O.  3085(E).—In  exercise  of  the  powers  conferred  by  sub-section  (1)  of  section  210A  of  the Companies Act, 1956, (1 of 1956), the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendments in the notification  of the Government  of India, in the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, number S.O. 3118(E), dated the 3rd  October, 2016, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary,  Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (ii) dated the 3rd October, 2016, namely:—
