1. Short Title and Commencement: 1.1 These Regulations may be called Insurance Regulatory and Development Authority of India (Insurance Surveyors and Loss Assessors) (Amendment) Regulations, 2020. 1.2 These Regulations shall come into force on the date of their publication in the official Gazette. However, sub-clauses (b) and (c) of clause 4.2 of these Regulations shall come into force with effect from 1st April, 2021.
