Notification  No.59/2015-2020 New Delhi,  28 Dated March, 2018   Subject:  Insertion  of policy condition  under Chapter 41,  42 and 43 of ITC  (HS), 2017-Schedule-1(1mport Policy).  S.O. (E):  In  exercise of powers conferred  by Section  3 of FT (D&R)  Act,  1992,  read with Paragraph  1.02 and 2.01  of the Foreign Trade Policy, 2015-2020, as amended from  time  to  time,  the  Central  Government  hereby  inserts  the  following  Policy Condition at the end of Chapter 41  (as Policy Condition No.2), Chapter 42 (as Policy Condition  No.1),  and  Chapter  43  (as  Policy  Condition  No.1)  of  ITC  (HS)  2017- Schedule-1 (Import Policy) as under: I. Policy Condition:  Import of seal skin,  in any form, is  prohibited. 2.Effect  of this  Notification:  Import policy of seal skin under Chapter 41,  42 and 43 of ITC (HS),  2017-Schedule-1 (Import Policy) is notified
