  Notification New  Delhi,  the          -,,-o_7-,-  May, 2018   S.D.               (E).-    In  exercise  of the  powers  conferred by sub- section  (2)  of section   1 of the  Companies (Amendment)  Act,  2017  (1 of  2018),   the  Central   Government  hereby  appoints   the    D 71:fL May, 2018 as the  date on which  the following   provisions of the said Act shall come into force,  namely  :-
