Circular regarding regulatory framework for global access in the IFSC

The International Financial Services Centres Authority vide circular no. eF. No. IFSCA-PLNP/80/2024-Capital Markets released a new regulatory framework for "Global Access" in IFSCs. This framework applies to Global Access Providers (GAPs) and Broker Dealers who provide or use global market access. Please refer the circular for more details.
